Tom Moran

Development Director

Tom Moran is the Development Director at Brook Farm Group, overseeing the firm's multi-disciplined approach to development in the Southeast and other U.S. growth markets. Previously, Tom was a Senior Development Manager at Waypoint Real Estate Investments.

In 16 years serving in various multifamily development, construction, and asset management roles, Tom has been responsible for the oversight of more than $400M in development projects nationally.

While at Waypoint Real Estate Investments, he led the predevelopment, construction and leasing operations for the Northeast region. Previously, as Development Manager for JPI, Tom directed development, asset management and construction activity in the Northeast region.

Tom earned a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate, with a concentration in finance, from Georgetown University. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
