We’re all about relationships

Brook Farm Group is the culmination of the lifelong friendship and professional collaboration of our co-founders. Peter DiCorpo and Eric Hade met as undergraduates at Colgate University and ultimately pursued parallel paths in commercial real estate before deciding to forge a common path. The result is a company that is built on a bedrock of trust and seamless, ego-free communication and collaboration. That foundation is bolstered by a combined 50+ years of principal experience and in-depth expertise that spans every aspect of multifamily residential investment and development. It is further enhanced by decades-long relationships with developers, lenders, equity partners, brokers, engineers, architects, consultants and municipal authorities throughout our target geography.

Our Focus

With more than a half-century of combined experience across more than 40,000 apartment homes and over $10 billion in capitalized transaction value, we have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing a wide variety of residential and mixed-use communities. We combine institutional discipline and underwriting practices with boots-on-the-ground operational expertise to identify attractive opportunities in traditionally non-institutional markets and submarkets.

Ground-Up Development

We develop garden-style, mid-rise and high-rise apartments, build-to-rent townhome and single family, and mixed-use communities. They span the gamut from boutique properties with fewer than 50 homes to larger, multi-phase projects with more than 500 homes.

Joint Venture and Co-Development

We frequently partner with other developers providing a combination of development services and capital, including pursuit costs capital, credit enhancements, sponsor capital and participating limited partner equity.
