We’re passionate about cultivation
We cultivate vibrant communities that create opportunities for dynamic, fulfilling interpersonal exchange. We believe that neighborhood placemaking should form the core of every residential community.
We cultivate the capital of our partners and investors — always seeking out the best possible risk adjusted returns, often in overlooked or unexpected locations.
We cultivate camaraderie through clear, seamless communication. We pride ourselves on our ability to assemble the most talented professionals in pursuit of exceptional execution.
We encourage innovation, creativity and risk-taking that challenges the status quo in pursuit of the growth of our associates and the success of our development teams.
We’re all about relationships
Brook Farm Group is the culmination of the lifelong friendship and professional collaboration of our co-founders. Peter DiCorpo and Eric Hade met as undergraduates at Colgate University and ultimately pursued parallel paths in commercial real estate before deciding to forge a common path. The result is a company that is built on a bedrock of trust and seamless, ego-free communication and collaboration. That foundation is bolstered by a combined 50+ years of principal experience and in-depth expertise that spans every aspect of multifamily residential investment and development. It is further enhanced by decades-long relationships with developers, lenders, equity partners, brokers, engineers, architects, consultants and municipal authorities throughout our target geography.
Our deliberately lean organizational structure enables us to stay focused and ensure that we can always adapt rapidly and respond intelligently to ever-changing market conditions.
Our flexible capital partners support our vision and enable us to make quick decisions and rapidly capitalize on unique, market-making opportunities. We pursue both direct and co-development opportunities and often partner with our network of third-party developers as a means of gaining scale and geographic breadth.
