In Q2 2026, Brook Farm Group, together with Manor Park Ventures as co-developer, closed on financing for Alden Highlands, a class A, 336-unit garden-style multifamily development in Savannah, GA. The Project is located within the Savannah Highlands — a master-planned, amenity-rich neighborhood approximately 15 miles northwest of historic Downtown Savannah offering residents immediate access to an unparalleled concentration of retail, dining, and lifestyle amenities and immediate arterial connectivity to every major employment node throughout the Savannah MSA.
The Project leverages its proximity to key economic drivers such as the Port of Savannah, Gulfstream Aerospace, Georgia International Trade Center, Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub, Hyundai Metaplant, and the Amazon Pooler Megasite, as well as its connectivity to both Jimmy Deloach Pkwy and I-95, two major thoroughfares, while aligning with robust demographic trends.
The Hyundai Metaplant is a $5.54 billion EV manufacturing facility and, together with its associated suppliers, are expected to generate more than 40,000 new jobs by 2030.
The Gulfstream Aerospace Manufacturing Plant is expanding and increasing their workforce by 1,600 jobs. Additionally, the Port of Savannah, the second-largest container port on the U.S. East Coast, highlights the region’s robust growth potential and logistical strengths. Nearly 18,000 of these new jobs have been announced in the Savannah MSA during the past 12 months.
The Savannah Highlands is located only three miles from Pooler Parkway, offering convenient access to essential amenities, big box retailers, restaurants, entertainment, and luxury goods shopping. Residents will have access to more than 100 stores at Tanger Outlets Savannah, along with nearby essentials such as Publix Supermarket, Samʼs Club, and big box retailers like Home Depot.
