Christopher Boege
Chris Boege leads the Capital Markets team at Brook Farm Group, focusing on Capital Raising and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Brook Farm Group, Chris was an Executive Director at JPMorgan where he focused on the leveraged finance sales division.
Chris successfully raised over $1 trillion in capital to support companies in industries including home building, leisure, technology, telecommunications, and healthcare. The leverage finance group at JPMorgan was the top underwriter on Wall Street throughout Chris’ 13‐year tenure. Prior to joining that team, he was an Investment Banker at JPMorgan where he was responsible for negotiating and structuring finance deals for leveraged buyouts and corporate transactions.
Chris was an Investment Banker at Smith Barney in the media and telecommunications group prior to joining JPMorgan. In this role, Chris focused on raising capital in the debt and equity markets for transactions in a variety of industries. He also was involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions.
Chris received a Bachelor’s Degree from Colgate University, as well as an M.B.A. from New York University, where he graduated with honors. He is active in the Bedford, NY, community working with a variety of organizations through board and committee involvement and enjoys spending time with his family. Chris is a board member of the Westchester Land Trust.
