My First Job:

“Starting at a young age and continuing through college, I worked at my uncle’s marble company in Miami, FL.  From sweeping the parking lot as a child for $5, operating a fork-lift and a crane (sometimes finding cases of wine that the Italian suppliers would hide in the shipping containers), making deliveries, and polishing/cutting marble slabs, I learned the value of hard work, the importance of relationships, and that craft often takes precision and patience.”
