Brook Farm Group is seeking a Joint Venture equity partner for the development of Clio, a 331-unit Class A+ high-rise multifamily development opportunity located in Sarasota’s Downtown neighborhood. Clio will be the first phase of the Park District, 7.5 acre, master planned, mixed-use development that BFG has designed to capitalize on the path of growth redevelopment along the eastern end of Main Street. Ideally situated along Fruitville Road, at the embarkation point of the Legacy Trail, a short walk from Payne Park and Main Street, Park District will redefine the gateway to downtown Sarasota and is designed to become the premier walkable hub of living, shopping, dining, entertainment and working within the Downtown Core.
